Payment and Guilty Plea
You may plead guilty and check the box A on the ticket. Additional, you must sign your name and mail ticket to Dannemora Town Court, PO Box 658, Dannemora, NY 12929. Penalty and surcharge
letter will be sent out to you within 14 days of receipt of your signed ticket.
Reduction of Tickets
You must pick up a form from the court to fill out and mail to the
District Attorney’s Office for consideration. Carefully follow instruction
included with form.
Offense is not payable or Court Appearance Required
If the “Court Appearance Required" box is checked, you must appear
on date and time stated on ticket.
Plea of Not Guilty
If you wish to plead not guilty, you must notify the court at the address
and telephone number as shown below at least 7 days prior to the court date listed on the front of the ticket.
